ALUSAFE™ 1215 FRB

The Alusafe 1215 FRB is a rigid fast rescue craft with a hull of marine aluminium specially designed for SAR duties in very demanding conditions. The craft is of a fully planning design with deep v-bottom construction, suitable for high speed in adverse weather conditions. The strength of the hull and superstructure is sufficient to withstand all normal forces encountered under normal use of the craft at maximum speed.

The Alusafe 1215 FRB has proved to be very efficient when it counts. The hull is designed for high speed ahead and has great manoeuvrability at any speed. The V-bottom design gives easy motion when stationary in a critical operation. Alusafe 1215 is designed to meet the strictest requirements and is certified as a Fast Rescue Craft.
The craft is designed for a crew of 4 persons, all seated in fully dampened chairs in the wheelhouse. The semi open cockpit gives good shelter as well as quick access to the outer area for response to an emergency situation. To give the craft a green footprint, it is partly produced from recycled aluminium and installed with Tier III engines.
The fuel capacity is 2x400 litres, giving a range of approx. 200 N. miles at cruising speed. State-of-the-art navigation and communication equipment, if fitted and certification of the craft is done by DNV.
