ALUSAFE 1300 MK III
The Alusafe 1300 Worker is a multipurpose craft, specially designed for the Norwegian Coastal Administration (NCA) in Norway. The Alusafe 1300 Worker will operate along the coast of Troms and Finnmark County, which calls for a design with a high degree of seaworthiness and is well suited to operate in both open and coastal waters. It can also be used as an interception of High Speed Craft (HSC) and a Search and Rescue craft (SAR).
The hull is shaped to maintain high speed in various weather conditions and is very seaworthy, as well as having a shallow draft. The superstructure is made of marine grade aluminium. It is divided into two sections: the wheelhouse and the main forward cabin. The crew enjoys a high-quality cockpit layout, including four fully dampened wheelhouse chairs. The cockpit also has an internal communication system between the crew members. In addition, the wheelhouse has a fastening point for a strecher fitted.
Behind the wheelhouse, a large aft deck is available to handle different duties as specified.
The fuel capacity is 2x700 ltr, giving it a range of 230 N. Miles at cruising speed. Fresh water capacity is 130 ltr. The craft is fitted with extended communication and electronic equipment.
The craft is built, equipped, and certified according to: (DNV-GL) “Standard for Certification of Craft No. 2.21”
